A gorgeous and healthy snack, Rye bread bruschetta, robiola mousse, Classic Hummus Slices and sesame is the perfect lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices of rye bread
  • 120 g Robiola
  • 40 ml of semi whipped cream
  • 12 slices of classic hummus
  • 20 g toasted mixed sesame seeds
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Toast the slice of rye bread in a frying pan
  2. Gently add the cream to the Robiola and season
  3. Put the mousse into a piping bag
  4. Decorate the slices of bread with the Robiola mousse
  5. Add the classic hummus slices on the bread and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top
  6. Season with a little olive oil and serve
