These generously topped jacket potatoes have been made with a thick and creamy garlic mayonnaise from Oasis, but are just as good with a non-flavoured mayo, such as Oasis Classic Mayonnaises. As a starter, side, or main meal itself, you're guaranteed comfort food heaven!

  • 4 jacket potatoes
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 4 rashers streaky bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • 100g Oasis Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 200g cheddar cheese, grated

  1. Cut the baked potato in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping the potato skins intact.
  2. Mash the potato flesh with the cream cheese.
  3. Add the bacon, spring onions and season to taste.
  4. Fill the potato skins with the potato mix.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with grated cheese and spread over the top of the potato.
  6. Place under a pre-heated grill to glaze.
