Ingredients
- Mission Plain Tortilla
- 20g unsalted butter
- Braeburn apple
- 40g salted caramel sauce
- 30g Chantilly cream
- Crushed walnuts (optional)
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan with the thinly sliced apple. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
- Warm the plain tortilla, add the buttery apples and roll up
- Drizzle over the salted caramel sauce and top with Chantilly cream
- Served with crushed walnuts
