- 2 slices of bread
- 1 Seara® Breaded Chicken Breast
- 1 avocado
- 1 large tomato
- ½ red onion
- ½ tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dark mustard
- Oil (enough to deep fry)
- Mash 1 avocado and season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Slice 1 tomato and ½ red onion.
- Grill the bread slices.
- Deep fry the Seara® Breaded Chicken Breast for 4-7 minutes at 356°F/180°C.
- Top the bottom half with the seasoned avocado followed by the Seara® Breaded Chicken Breast. Add the tomato, red onion and arugula. Finish with dark mustard.
- Top the sandwich with the second slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
