Packed with super fresh ingredients, this yummy brunch wrap carries has a delightful kick to liven up your day.
- Mission chilli bar marked wrap
- 60g Sliced avocado (dipped in lime juice to stop it going brown)
- 20g Diced tomatoes
- 2g Fresh red chilli slices & a sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
- 1 Free range fried or poached egg
- 5g fresh coriander
- 15g Mixed leaves
- Warm a Mission chilli bar marked wrap & top with a handful of mixed leaves.
- Add sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, fresh coriander and chillies.
- Top with a fried or poached egg (or 2).
- Season with sea salt & coarse ground black pepper.
- Roll up and serve. Delish!
