Welcome
It’s been that time of year, when the foodservice sector enjoys some R&R. Out of office replies are commonplace, as ‘most of us’ gird our loins for what is to come in the final months of 2026 (where have the first eight gone!?)
But Sandwich & FTG News never sleeps, which is why I’m especially proud of this 60-page issue. The heartbeat is insightful catch-ups with major players Samworth Brothers and Dawn Farms, a packaging special, alongside a hot food and breads & wraps focus.
And we preview the London Food & Drink Festival, incorporating five events – including lunch! Show. I’m sure I will catch up with some of you there and I hope you’ve all had a wonderful, restful summer.
Thanks again to all our editorial and advertorial contributors.
