Here at Agrial Fresh Produce, we love a fresh salad. One of our favourite recipes is the Epic Cobb Salad perfect for all weathers and leaves you wanting more.
Ingredients
- ½ Head of Cos Lettuce
- 1 Vine Ripened Tomato
- ½ Avocado
- 30g Chicken
- 30g Bacon
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Salad Cress
Method

Simply mix all the ingredients together and top with the Blue Cheese Dressing.
