Ingredients

  • ½ Head of Cos Lettuce
  • 1 Vine Ripened Tomato
  • ½ Avocado
  • 30g Chicken
  • 30g Bacon
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Salad Cress

Method

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together and top with the Blue Cheese Dressing. 

  2. If you want to take this salad to the next level, why not serve the Chicken and Bacon hot
