Ingredients
(Serves 3)
- Mission Plain Tortilla
- 100g slow cooked pulled pork
- 50g fresh charred corn
- 30g mixed salad leaves
- 20g Quick Pickled Onions
- Sliced Red onions
- Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tsp icing sugar
Method
- For the quick pickled onions, combine the red inions with red wine vinegar and icing sugar
- Leave to infuse for 15 minutes
- Place the mixed salad leaves in the centre of the wrap and top with the pulled pork and charred corn
- Finish with the pickled onions and red chili
