A nutritious and delicious lunchtime bite, perfect for on-the-go.

Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Mission Plain 11cm Tortillas
- 60g Cooked Chicken
- 50g Avocado
- 15g Watercress
- 5g Sunflower seeds
- 10g Olive oil
- 10g lime juice
Method
- Poach the chicken breast in chicken stock for around 20 minutes until cooked through, shred when cool
- De-stone avocado, remove the skin and slice into strips
- Add the avocado and chicken to a bowl
- Season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle over olive oil and lime juice then tumble together
- Add the filling to your tortilla, and dress with watercress and sunflower seeds
- Wrap and go!
