Ingredients
- x 20cm Spinach Tortillas
- 80g Minced Beef
- 5g Italian Herb seasoning
- 2g Chilli Powder
- 100gTomato & Basil Sauce
- 35g Red Pesto
- 100g Béchamel Sauce
- 35g Grated Cheese
Method
- Fry minced beef in a little oil for 5 mins
- Add Italian herb seasoning & chilli powder to taste & fry for 10 mins
- Add tomato & basil sauce & the red pesto & cook until the liquid has reduced
- Spread the spicy beef all over the tortillas in a thin layer. Roll up like a Swiss roll
- Spread a layer of tomato & basil sauce over the base of individual oven proof dishes
- Cut each roll into 8 pinwheels & place cut face up in the dishes (8 pinwheels per portion)
- Cover the pinwheels with Béchamel sauce
- Sprinkle with grated cheese & bake until piping hot & bubbly
