With summer here there is no better time to enjoy a beautiful mixed salad accompanied with some gorgeous grilled turkey rashers.
Serves: 10 / Prep: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 300g Mixed Salad
- 400g Mixed Tomatoes
- 40 Turkey Rashers
- 100ml Ground Nut Oil
- 10 Halved Pitta Bread
- 50g Butter
- 10 Mini Goats cheese
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 150ml Olive Oil
- 100ml Balsamic Vinegar
Method
- Prepare the mixed Salad adding the tomatoes
- Grill the Turkey Rashers turning occasionally
- Tear & oven bake the Pitta Bread until crispy
- Caramelise the goats cheese with chefs blow torch
- Mix olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar & season to the dressing to taste
- Serve by adding a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar if required
