Sweet mangoes and aromatic spices give a delicious Indian twist to this food-to-go favourite.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney
- 1 mini naan bread or Baguette (sliced in half lengthways)
- 4 tbsp grated cheddar (works really well with mature cheddar)
- Sliced mushrooms
- Chopped green or black olives
- Sprigs of fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
Method
- Spread Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney on a naan bread or baguette
- Garnish with sliced mushrooms and chopped olives
- Add grated cheddar on top, and bake in the oven until cheese is melted
- Garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme (optional)
- Top up with an extra dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney and serve hot.
Tips
- For a hotter flavour, add some chopped jalapeno peppers or some green chillies
- Add slices of honey roasted ham before adding the grated cheddar
