Inspired by the classic drink, Vietnamese Iced Coffee Traycake is finished with milk frosting and decorated with coffee swirls. Rich yet balanced, it is best served alongside a freshly brewed coffee. Meanwhile, Peach and Turmeric Traycake is a golden sponge topped with a smooth peach and custard cream cheese frosting, finished with yellow and orange marigold petals for a striking visual appeal.
Finally, Dirty Chai and Matcha Traycake is infused with warming spices – topped with matcha condensed milk frosting and finished with exotic petals.

Each traycake is supplied frozen and can be defrosted in two hours, with a shelf life of five days.
It brings Delice de France’s Wildfarmed traycake range to six, sitting alongside Red Velvet Traycake, Lemon & Blueberry Traycake and Carrot Cake Traycake.

Launched in 2018, Wildfarmed produces flour made with regenerative farming practices, which improve natural farming ecosystems, leading to more resilient crops.
