A gorgeous and healthy snack, Rye bread bruschetta, robiola mousse, Classic Hummus Slices and sesame is the perfect lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of rye bread
- 120 g Robiola
- 40 ml of semi whipped cream
- 12 slices of classic hummus
- 20 g toasted mixed sesame seeds
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Toast the slice of rye bread in a frying pan
- Gently add the cream to the Robiola and season
- Put the mousse into a piping bag
- Decorate the slices of bread with the Robiola mousse
- Add the classic hummus slices on the bread and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top
- Season with a little olive oil and serve
