Looking to diversify your menu? The Chilli Non-Carne Chocolate Tortilla Bowl is a twist on a popular recipe that everyone will enjoy.
Serves 1
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Mission Chocolate Tortilla
 - 50g Meat-Free Mince
 - 10g Tomato puree
 - 5g Cumin
 - 2g Chilli flakes
 - 50g Onion
 - 5g Garlic
 - 40g Peppers
 - 1 tbsp Olive oil
 - 50g Kidney beans
 - 10g Yeast extract
 - 10g Vegan dark chocolate
 - 5g Coriander
 - 100g cooked rice
(Alternatively, you can swap out the meat-free mince for minced beef) 
Method
- Take a baking tin & line with a Mission Chocolate Tortilla
 - Bake for 10 mins at 200˚c leave to cool & go crisp
 - Fry the chopped onion, peppers and crushed garlic in olive oil until soft
 - Add meat-free mince, tomato puree, ground cumin and chilli flakes
 - Add salt & pepper to taste
 - Add kidney beans along with yeast extract and splash of water. Cook for 20 minutes
 - Add vegan dark chocolate and stir ‘till melted
 - Pile the hot cooked rice into the chocolate tortilla bowl & top with chilli non carne
 - Sprinkle with chopped coriander for a pop of vibrant colour and serve!
