Quick, easy and delicious – these halloumi paninis are perfect for lunch menus.

Ingredients
- 1 panini
- 3 slices YAMAS! Halloumi
- 2 tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp pesto
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Method

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Put a panini grill on to heat.

Fry the Halloumi until golden brown on both sides and remove from the pan. Whilst the Halloumi is cooking, cut the panini in half and slice the tomatoes.

Thickly spread the pesto onto the panini base, then layer the pan-fried halloumi and tomatoes before drizzling over the balsamic glaze.

Add the panini top before grilling for 5 minutes or until golden and heated through. Slice in half and serve with a side salad.
