An eastern twist provides a delicious alternative to a pizza or open sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 Mission Plain Naan (warmed)
- 30g Mango Chutney
- 80g Spicy mince (Keema)
- Salad leaves
- Natural yoghurt
- Pomegranate seeds
Method
- Spread the mango chutney on the warm naan
- Top with spicy mince
- Scatter with salad leaves
- Drizzle with yoghurt
- Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
Ingredients for Spicy Mince (Keema)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 100g fine diced red onion
- 200g lamb or veggie mince
- 20g garlic puree
- 15g medium curry powder
- 50g frozen peas (defrosted)
- 10g fresh chopped coriander
- 10g fresh chopped mint
Method for Spicy Mince (Keema)
- Sautee the onion in the oil for 5 minutes
- Add the mince, garlic puree & curry powder. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes until the mince is thoroughly cooked through.
- Add the peas & cook for a further 5 minutes
- Season to taste
- Finish with the coriander & mint
